Li Sha, deputy inspector of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture, Zhang Yan, director of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture, Xu Xiaojun, director of Zhejiang Library, Li Jianying, deputy director of Zhejiang Library, and some library representatives attended the opening ceremony.

Xu Xiaojun extended a warm welcome to the visit of African colleagues. As Zhejiang Library had presented books and audio-visual products to the three libraries in August 2015, the training class started this time in Zhejiang Library means the exchanges between China and Africa has come from literature exchange to librarian exchange. "I sincerely hope that the four libraries can deepen exchanges, complement each other, learn from each other, and make progress together," said Xu.

The representatives of the three African countries made speeches and expressed their sincere thanks to Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Zhejiang Library for their warm reception. They look forward to the next study and hope to learn more about library management.
